Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from axwomens.com. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear (unless faulty)
- Lingerie & bodysuits (unless faulty)
- Earrings & pierced jewelry
- Sale items (unless faulty)
How to Return
- Log in to your account at axwomens.com and navigate to “Order History.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid return label (if applicable) and ship your return.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty item.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order at axwomens.com.
