We want you to love every item you order from axwomens.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange as outlined in this policy.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also have the original proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered after delivery, or for items that are marked as final sale.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center at axwomens.com. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process. There, you can generate a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, face masks, bodysuits, pierced jewelry, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed). Items purchased during special promotions or marked as “Final Sale” are also not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or return.
